Terms & Conditions

1. Spaces in each group are limited. Bookings are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
2. You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted.
3. All fees are payable and non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your academy membership, 30-days written notice is required - any fees during this period are unfortunately non-refundable.
4. Player Plus do not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property.
5. Player Plus take responsibility for your child from the beginning of the session to the end. Please register in at the start of each training session.
6. Player Plus reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session. In such event, we will try to offer an alternative session, circumstances permitting.
7. Player Plus reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate with full loss of fees.
8. On occasions, the PPFA team may take photographs and videos for marketing purposes only.
9. Payments are taken via online booking system (Class4Kids) or Bank Transfer. Please note we do not accept cheque.
10. Sibling discounts are available to brothers/sisters only. 2nd & 3rd siblings receive a 25% discount.
11. PPFA are a GDPR complaint coaching provider.
